SingaporeÆs vision of becoming an Asian fund centre received a boost yesterday, with several parties making a commitment to improve the city stateÆs operational environment and adopt fund processing automation. At a ceremony at the Raffles Hotel, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between the Investment Management Association of Singapore (Imas), the E-Finance Services Technical Committee and Swift.
