Schmidt shifts to ING

ING has announced the appointment of Florian Schmidt as co-head of Asian debt capital markets. Schmidt will be based in Singapore, but will work alongside co-head Ehwan Hahm, who is based in Hong Kong.He joins his new firm from Banc of America Securities (BoA) and will start work on March 1.
