Quality HealthCare appoints CEO to Medical Services Division

Quality HealthCare has announced the appointment of Dr Nelson Wong as CEO of its Medical Services Division.

Quality HealthCare is Hong Kong's first listed healthcare provider, with a team of nearly 900 healthcare professionals, making it the largest private sector healthcare operator in Hong Kong.

Wong was a co-founder of the Allied Medical Practices Guild (AMPG) in 1982, and was the managing director and later executive chairman of APMG's management company. APMG is part of Quality HealthCare's medical services network, which includes 261 medical centres and 318 doctors throughout Hong Kong.

Wong has also been a part-time medical director and adviser to a number of major companies and insurers, and is the president of the Association of Medical Practitioners.
