Kwok appoints new CFO

Mark Broadley has joined Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels - whose key brand is Peninsula - as its new CFO and finance director. Broadley will start next month and succeed Mark Rhys. He joins from NM Rothschild where he was a managing director, corporate finance. He joined Rothschilds in 2001. Prior to that he was with HSBC Investment Bank for 11 years in Hong Kong.
