Chase changes global syndicated finance line-up

Tong-Poh Tay and Paul Barlett have been appointed co-heads Global Syndicated Finance for Asia-Pacific at Chase Manhattan Bank. They will both be based in Hong Kong, with Barlett relocating from Sydney at the end of July.  London-based vice-president Cheryl Boucher is also joining the Hong Kong office, where she will continue to focus on media and telecommunications.
